Cancellation Timing and Billing:

  • To avoid being charged for the next month's shipment, your cancellation request must be submitted 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. You can find your next billing date in your account settings on our website or in your order confirmation emails.

  • If your cancellation request is received after the cutoff time mentioned above, your subscription will continue for one final month, and you will be billed for that month's shipment. Your cancellation will then take effect at the end of that final billing cycle.

  • Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your subscription. Please retain this email for your records.
