We stand behind our products. First-time customers who purchase a subscription order are eligible for our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order, you may request a refund of the product cost within 90 days of your original purchase date.
Guarantee details:

- Refund covers the product cost; original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Proof of purchase is required
- Limited to one refund per household
- Subsequent subscription shipments and one-time purchases are not covered under this guarantee

All Other Sales Are Final
Outside of the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee outlined above, Rootify LLC maintains a no refund policy on all products purchased through rootifysupplements.com. This applies to all products, regardless of whether they have been opened or remain sealed.
Reasons for our policy:
- Product Integrity and Safety: Due to the nature of our products (supplements intended for consumption), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our control. This ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of our products for all customers, as we cannot guarantee the proper handling or storage of products once shipped and received.
- Subscription Model: For ongoing subscription shipments beyond the first order, all sales are final once the order has been processed. Cancellations must be made before the specified deadline to avoid being charged for the next shipment, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
- Cost Efficiency: Maintaining this policy allows us to keep competitive pricing and continue investing in product quality and customer support.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement of the same product.
- Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and provide instructions for the return (if necessary) of the incorrect item at our expense.
